Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership to maintain PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required, with additional state credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms).
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
