You will lead teams, ensure continuity of care, and promote professional growth while upholding clinical judgments and PBS standards. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Experience coordinating service delivery and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of state regulations and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and monitor professional development.
• Uphold ethics and clinical standards with licensure requirements.
