Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee high quality service delivery and support team development.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The Program Manager will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling and documentation, and mentor supervisees to uphold ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
