Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. Responsibilities include program implementation, regional coordination, documentation compliance, and staff development to maintain top-tier services.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year supervising ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
