PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and foster the professional growth of supervisory staff.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 SBUs in applied behavior analysis and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Experience designing and/or overseeing behavior modification services.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
