Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across California sites. You will ensure continuity of care, mentor teams, and uphold PBS Corp.’s clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms are completed on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure and certification requirements.
