Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients in California. The role requires active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification, with a focus on clinical judgment and organizational leadership.

You will manage scheduling, document compliance, and support staff development while ensuring adherence to state regulations and PBS Corp. standards. Both full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Certification as a BCaBA or higher is acceptable and may be required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
