Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time role reporting to the BCBA and responsible for managing client caseloads, supervising staff, monitoring data, and coordinating ABA interventions across programs.

The position involves collaboration with BCBAs, conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, and ensuring contract fulfillment. Some travel to client homes and offices is required; hybrid scheduling is possible in Santa Ana.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Completion of the BACB 4 ABA postgraduate courses is required.
• Travel between client homes and offices is required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/ DOJ background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with clients on the autism spectrum to improve behavior and quality of life.
• Conduct sessions and functional behavior assessments (VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc).
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, Therapists).
• Provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates and maintain data management.
