Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.

Under the direct supervision of the BCBA, the Program Manager is responsible for managing client caseloads, supervision, and program oversight to provide high-quality ABA interventions. Responsibilities include collaboration with BCBAs, client assessments, developing individualized programming, data management, and staff supervision

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed 4 ABA postgraduate BACB courses.
• Exempt supervisor; meet billable hours 40-hour work week in CA.
• Must travel between client homes and offices; travel for meetings/training.
• Must have valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum; assessments and plans.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments (VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Work closely with Behavior Therapists delivering programming.
• Manage contract fulfillment across service codes.
• Provide progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.
• Data management and client communications.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, Therapists).
• Provide supervision hours for RBTs and BCBA candidates.
• Ongoing supervision meetings to support assigned staff.
