Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team under the supervision of the BCBA. This full-time role manages client caseloads, supervises staff, monitors data collection, and collaborates on ABA clinical interventions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with BCBAs, assessing clients on the autism spectrum, creating individualized plans, managing contracts, and providing supervision hours for RBTs and BCBA candidates. Hybrid work with travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Completed the BACB 4 ABA postgraduate courses.
• Exempt supervisor; 40-hour work week per CA labor law.
• Travel between client homes and offices; travel for meetings and training.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with clients on the autism spectrum to improve behavior and quality of life.
• Conduct sessions and functional behavior assessments (VB MAPP, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, Therapists).
• Manage contract fulfillment across service codes.
• Provide progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.
• Monitor data management and client communications.
