Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client caseloads under the supervision of the BCBA. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating new and existing programs, data collection, and collaboration with Clinical Supervisors to deliver high-quality ABA interventions.

The position requires travel between client homes and offices, a valid CA driver’s license, and compliance with CA labor laws. Hybrid schedule with potential telehealth options is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college.
• Completion of the BACB required ABA courses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Conduct sessions and assessments with clients on the autism spectrum.
• Create individualized programming and supervise therapists.
• Manage client contracts and data, and provide progress reports.
