You will demonstrate strong leadership, clinical judgment, and commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards. Required credentials include active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher); additional state-specific credentials may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification is preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
