Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, maintaining compliance, and managing scheduling and documentation. A BCBA/BCaBA pathway and state licensure support growth within a high-quality service environment.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
