Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an Associate Program Manager to provide specialized behavior intervention services to children with autism in home, community, and natural settings under BCBA supervision.

You will document evaluations, progress reports, and develop programs, supervise Behavior Interventionists, and coordinate training for caregivers, while participating in meetings and staying current with autism research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Enrolled in a Master’s program for ABA/BCBA requirements.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to children with ASD in home, community, or other settings.
• Complete documentation including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and exit summaries.
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy and program fidelity.
• Create and deliver intervention activities and train caregivers.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in treatment planning and team updates.
