Job summary

ATX Learning seeks a dedicated Professional to serve as Special Education and Student Services Program Director for ABA, overseeing district ABA programming for K0-12+. You will supervise ABA Specialists, lead data-based interventions, and ensure quality across settings.

You will collaborate with education leaders, provide staff development, and manage complex eligibility, evaluations, and IEP-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed ABA in MA.
• At least 2 years developing ABA programs and supervising staff.
• Experience with standardized assessments, FBA, data collection and reporting.
• Experience developing Behavior Support Plans and curricula (DTT, task analysis, incidental teaching).
• Knowledge of Special Education Law and IEP processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated growth toward cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Completing evaluations to determine eligibility for ABA services.
• Attending Annual Reviews and Evaluation meetings to determine ongoing services.
• Planning district-wide professional development for ABA staff annually.
• Hiring, onboarding, supervising, and evaluating ABA Specialists.
• Reviewing Annual Reviews and Progress Reports throughout the year.
• Analyzing data and adjusting curricula weekly for students.
• Developing management guidelines for each student and updating as needed.
• Collaborating with school leaders and clinical staff to ensure quality interventions.
• Disseminating family resources including ABA information and community supports.
• Participating in training opportunities and site visits as assigned.
• Responding to behavioral crises and staffing needs promptly.
• Maintaining privacy of student information per HIPAA.
• Performing other duties as assigned; ESY duties during summer evaluations.
