Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst through the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two (2) years experience developing and supervising ABA intervention programs.
• At least two (2) years experience supervising direct service providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments, data collection and report writing.
• Experience and/or knowledge in Special Education Law and the IEP process.
• Effective written and oral communication skills with students, families, teachers and administrators.
• Demonstrated growth toward cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Completing evaluations for students to determine eligibility for ABA services.
• Attending Annual Reviews and Evaluation meetings to determine ongoing services.
• Planning and conducting district-wide professional development for ABA staff.
• Hiring, onboarding, supervising, and evaluating ABA Specialists across the district.
• Reviewing Annual Reviews and Progress Reports throughout the year.
• Analyzing data and guiding classroom staff to modify curricula weekly.
• Developing student-specific guidelines and adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborating with school leaders and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality interventions.
• Disseminating family resources including community supports and ABA information.
• Attending training opportunities and site visits.
• Responding to behavioral crises and other classroom issues promptly.
• Maintaining privacy of student information per HIPAA.
• Performing ESY administrative duties and updating student files as needed.
