Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical operations of a single ABA therapy clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and maintain high-quality client documentation.

You'll provide direct feedback, support advanced assessments (FBA/FA), and partner with families and the ABA Academy of Excellence to promote outstanding outcomes for children and families through a collaborative, compliant program.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and Texas licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Background check and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Oversee daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Provide direct verbal and written feedback on clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct assessments and treatment plans for clients in the region as needed.
• Support extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference assessments, etc.).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families and coordinate with clinics.
