Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Director of ABA Services to provide clinical guidance, lead staff and Behavior Analysts, and carry a small caseload while contributing to quality initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 2+ years as a behavior instructor delivering ABA for children with autism.
• 2+ years supervising ABA programs and training caregivers.
• Knowledge of DTT, NET, VB, PRT.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with assigned Behavior Analysts and lead RBTs to support clinical and administrative objectives.
• Maintain staff productivity and adequate patient supervision.
• Review clinical reports and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure staff progression toward professional goals and coach staff on supervisees management.
• Coach staff on working with caregivers and community collaborators.
• Lead and participate in Special Interest Groups and organize data reports.

Education
