Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is looking for an Associate Clinical Supervisor in Austin, Texas. The role involves coordinating with the Primary Clinical Supervisor to oversee treatment for patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff in various settings, including patient homes and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing ABA treatment to children with ASD.
• Complete 8-hour Supervision Training compliant with BACB standards.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
