The role focuses on leading behavior analyses, parent training, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across multiple sites in Durham and Chapel Hill, NC. The ideal candidate holds BCBA/QBA and a master's in ABA or related field, with 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA/QBA certification with 8+ years post-certification experience.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Extensive ABA experience with evidence-based practices.
• Proven management and supervision of ABA professionals; team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all agency operations, including program development, staff supervision, and client services.
• Supervise and mentor a team of ABA professionals; promote professional development.
• Conduct behavior assessments and implement ABA-based programs.
• Provide parent training and family support during engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, ethics, and quality assurance.
• Develop strategic initiatives to scale services and improve client outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture; build relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis when needed.
• Cover sessions in case of emergency.
