The role includes regular check-ins with clinicians, data-driven program improvements, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to address regional challenges. A BCBA with 2+ years of experience is required, along with a Master\'s in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification with at least two years hands-on experience.
• At least two years designing ABA treatment plans for children with autism.
• Experience training caregivers and teams in behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly or biweekly check-ins with clinicians and team leads.
• Monitor staff efficiency and workload balance.
• Ensure client oversight levels are maintained.
• Review clinical documentation and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support staff growth and career development.
• Mentor staff in supervisory skills and leadership.
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and external partners.
• Develop and roll out regionally tailored programs.
• Oversee onboarding and training for RBT staff.
• Maintain a limited personal caseload to stay clinically engaged.
