Zusammenfassung

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Clinical Director in North Carolina to provide strategic clinical and operational leadership for NC programs. This role requires in-person support, team development, and travel within NC as needed.

The candidate will guide ABA service delivery, supervise clinicians, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with families while shaping program growth and clinical tools under leadership direction.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• 5–7+ years of ABA experience.
• 3+ years of clinical leadership experience.
• Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance, oversight, and support across ABA service delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment integrity, client progress, supervision quality, and clinical KPIs to drive quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Support program growth, evaluate new tools, improve internal systems, and partner with leadership on strategic planning.
