Job summary

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a center or home-based setting. You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision and support skill development in Bay County and Auburn, MI.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor with ability to build rapport.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA to children with ASD, focusing on communication and social skills.
• Record objective daily data reflecting client progress toward goals.
• Maintain objective daily session notes and communicate with team.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and ensure client confidentiality.
• Assist with lifting 30–40 lbs and keep up with clients as needed.
• Create an engaging, interactive environment for clients.
