Job summary

OOS Management Corp. in New Jersey is seeking an ABA Paraprofessional / RBT or BT to provide one-to-one ABA services for a 3-year-old in Lacey Township.

The role is part-time with two schedule options: 8:00 am to 10:00 am at a daycare center or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm in a home-based setting. Under BCBA supervision you will help develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills, collect progress data, and collaborate with caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Assist with school homework.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document session progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
