LBAPS in Paterson, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to a 14-year-old client. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with evenings and a supportive team environment.

Schedule

Monday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Tuesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Thursday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM

Friday:3:00PM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!

Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!

Collect data and document session progress accurately!

Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!
