Job summary

LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to a child in Providence, NJ. This part-time, home-based role offers an evening schedule (Mon-Fri 6:30 pm–8:30 pm) with supervision and support from BCBA clinicians.

Minimum education is High School Diploma or GED; RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document session progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
