LBAPS is seeking a compassionate Female ABA Paraprofessional / RBT/BT to provide one-to-one ABA services for an 8-year-old in Pemberton Township, NJ. Flexible evening schedule includes 5:00 PM–7:00 PM twice weekly, with supervision from a BCBA and options for RBT training.

The role emphasizes teaching communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills, data collection, and collaboration with caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Assist with school homework.
