Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) in Westchester, NY, seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. Positions offer flexible after-school and weekend hours with BCBA supervision and growth opportunities.

You will enter session notes in Rethink, implement BIPs under supervision, and help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance.
• Experience with session note writing and documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Enter session notes on Rethink for every visit and obtain signatures from parents or teachers at time of visit.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client.

Locations : Westchester, NY (Multiple Locations)

Schedule:

• New Rochelle, NY (tuesdays & thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm)
• Hartsdale, NY (After school hours (flexible) - Spanish speaking a must)
• Chester, NY (After school hours, after 3:30pm (3-4 times a week)
  Salary : $24–$28 per Hour
