LBAPS in Matawan, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to a wonderful child. The role involves implementing personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA and delivering engaging therapy sessions after school hours.

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly pay of $25.00–$28.00, a flexible evening schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday, plus ongoing BCBA supervision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is thrilled to invite a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a wonderful child in Matawan, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!

Schedule :

• Monday : 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday : 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday : 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Every Other Friday : 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
