Job summary

OOS Management Corp. in Browns Mills, NJ is seeking a female ABA paraprofessional/RBT to provide safe, one-on-one behavioral support for an 8-year-old boy after school hours. You will implement simple behavioral plans, model calm interaction, and monitor responses under supervision.

We are looking for an experienced female RBT to work one-on-one with an 8-year-old boy in Browns Mills, NJ. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is comfortable providing behavioral support.

Position Details
Location: Browns Mills, NJ 08015
Schedule: 2 days per week
Hours: Approximately 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
Days: Flexible based on Mom’s schedule

The schedule is flexible, so we are looking for someone who can work with the family to determine the best two days each week.

About the Child

He is an 8-year-old boy who may display slightly aggressive or challenging behaviors. He does not hit, but he may occasionally throw objects when experiencing challenging behaviors. We are looking for someone who is patient, calm, and comfortable handling these situations appropriately.

Requirements
