Job summary

OOS Management Corp. in Browns Mills, NJ seeks an experienced female RBT for part-time, evening work with an 8-year-old boy. The position is 2 days per week, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on-site at the family home.

You will provide one-on-one behavioral support, help manage challenging behaviors, and collaborate with the family to determine the best two days each week. A High School Diploma and prior RBT experience are required; caregiving experience with children is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced female RBT to work one-on-one with an 8-year-old boy in Browns Mills, NJ. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is comfortable providing behavioral support.

Position Details

• Location: Browns Mills, NJ 08015
• Schedule: 2 days per week
• Hours: Approximately 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Days: Flexible based on Mom’s schedule

The schedule is flexible, so we are looking for someone who can work with the family to determine the best two days each week.

About the Child

He is an 8-year-old boy who may display slightly aggressive or challenging behaviors. He does not hit, but he may occasionally throw objects when experiencing challenging behaviors. We are looking for someone who is patient, calm, and comfortable handling these situations appropriately.
