Job summary

Go Grow ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings under a BCBA. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.

RBT Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
