• Reliable transportation to and from the family's home.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral plans and strategies to support the child's skill development and behavioral reduction goals.
• Conduct daily sessions with the child, focusing on skill-building, socialization, and behavioral support.
• Collect and record data on the child's progress, communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with the child's family and other support staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the child.

We are seeking a FULLY CERTIFIED, compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
