Portland Community College is seeking an ABA Approval Report Assistant to support the Faculty Department Chair in preparing comprehensive ABA submission materials. You will gather program data, audit syllabi, format narratives, and ensure compliance with ABA standards.

This casual hourly position offers exposure to higher education administration, regulatory compliance, and accreditation work in a college setting, with a light workload and growth potential as the program advances.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail with proofreading and document formatting capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive academic records in alignment with FERPA guidelines.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Enrollment in PCC’s Paralegal Program or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and format multi-section ABA approval narrative files and exhibits.
• Input report details into web portals and ensure ABA formatting compliance.
• Assist in data gathering about the program and verify documentation.
• Track submission timelines and coordinate planning meetings.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and support departmental workflows.
