Job summary

Ro Health is seeking per diem and part-time Instructional Paraeducators, BCAs, and RBTs for Auburn Union School District for the 2026-2027 year. Roles involve ABA-based behavioral support in 1:1 or classroom settings with students from pre-K to high school, and may transition to full-time based on performance.

Positions pay $18–$26 per hour and are in-person in Auburn, CA. Applicants should have relevant childcare/ABA experience and be able to commute to Auburn.

Qualifications

• Experience in school settings is required or preferred.
• Strong ABA behavioral intervention skills are expected.
• At least an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Patience and passion for helping students’ learning progress.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general classroom roles.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with students and staff.
• Stand/walk/sit for extended periods as needed.
• Assist with lifting and moving up to 40 pounds when required.
