Role: ABA Operations Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Compensation: $25–$40/hour, based on experience

Hours: 10-20 hours/week, with potential to grow

We partner with independent, clinician-owned practices and provide the infrastructure they need to succeed—from billing and credentialing to scheduling and payroll. Our platform combines best-in-class tech with hands-on support, so BCBAs can focus on delivering high-quality care while we handle the back office.

What You’ll Own

  • Billing & Claims: Submit and track insurance claims, post payments, follow up on denials, and reconcile remittances.
  • Credentialing & Payer Enrollment: Manage credentialing processes for BCBAs and RBTs, including CAQH, payer portals, and tracking expirations.
  • Scheduling Support: Help set up staff and client schedules, monitor caseload capacity, and resolve conflicts or cancellations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to refine back-office systems for efficiency and compliance.
  • 2+ years experience in ABA operations, medical billing, or payer credentialing
  • Proficient with platforms like Availity, Sandata EVV, and ABA-specific PMS, or similar
  • Clear communicator and highly organized
  • Comfortable working across multiple clinics and clinicians
  • Bonus: experience with practice management tools or startups
