Job Title: Strategy & Operations Associate

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Reports to: CEO

The Opportunity

I’m working with a fast-growing construction technology startup that’s on a mission to modernize one of the world’s most critical industries. Backed by early traction and a high-caliber founding team, they’re now looking for a sharp, driven Strategy & Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career (0–5 years of experience) who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day running of a startup — with a clear path to grow into a Chief of Staff role over time.

About the Role

This is a broad, high-impact role where you’ll touch nearly every area of the business. You’ll act as a true right hand to the CEO — handling the groundwork and operational lift so they can stay focused on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day coordination
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; support the hiring process
• Support general operations across HR, finance, and legal — including accounting, insurance, and payroll
• Pull reports from HubSpot and other internal tools
• Assist with pitch deck creation, investor updates, and fundraising communication
• Collaborate with marketing on presentations, Canva designs, and reporting
• Conduct research to support roadmap planning, market positioning, and strategic initiatives
• Keep internal projects and priorities on track across teams

What They’re Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience in finance, consulting, operations, or similar
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, get-it-done attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, PowerPoint
• Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Notion, or working in a startup environment
