What We Do

Elevated Kids is a family-focused team providing developmental and behavioral support for children diagnosed with Autism. Our services are delivered in natural environments like home or preschool, emphasizing developmentally appropriate skills and family involvement through parent coaching.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be eager to join our growing team to deliver high-quality, effective care.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA Therapy.
  • Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with children and families in natural settings.
  • Support and model NDBI strategies for caregivers and teachers during routines.
  • Collect and organize data to inform decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required).
  • Master's Degree or pursuing in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Preferred).
  • At least 1 year experience in ABA therapy and working with young children with Autism.
  • Knowledge of child development and developmental delays.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for high-quality intervention for children with Autism.
