Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Behavior Specialist to supervise Behavior Technicians and coordinate with a BCBA, delivering clinical case management and staff training for children with autism and related disorders.

Salary is $39.00–$43.50 per hour plus a $3,600 annual bonus paid monthly. Requires BCBA-related education or certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or similar degree where allowed by state/program.
• Bachelor’s degree and BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst).
• Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst, when applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader.
• Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload.
• Trains Behavior Technicians and families in implementation of behavior change plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under supervision.
