CHILD COMMUNICATION AND BEHAVIOR SPECIALISTS in Northern California is seeking a Mid-Level Supervisor. This full-time position offers $32–$40/hr for clinical hours, with responsibilities including training caregivers, treatment planning, and supervising BTs and RBTs. You will gain supervised hours towards BCBA certification.

The ideal candidate is a current master's student or recent graduate in ABA. The role provides flexibility with telehealth options, paid mileage, and medical insurance contributions.

Qualifications

• Current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or closely related field preferred.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Cleared TB test and background screening necessary.

Responsibilities

• Train caregivers and provide behavioral skills training.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct modifications/assessments.
• Supervise a caseload of BTs and RBTs.
