Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) seeks an ABA-based instructional support professional to assist in one-to-one and small group settings at River Street School in Windsor, CT. You will implement behavior supports, track data, and collaborate with classroom staff to deliver targeted student instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience working with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily school functions and monitor students during instructional time.
• Provide 1:1 and small group instruction under teacher direction.
• Collect and enter student data in real time and into district systems.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement ABA-based programming.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and proper conduct in all settings.
