CREC is seeking an Applied Behavior Analytic Instructor (ABAI) Tier 3 to support one-to-one and group instruction at River Street School, Windsor, CT. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with teachers to meet individualized student goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in ABA or related field, 3+ years of ABA experience with autism, and strong communication. CREC offers extensive training and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an ABA program with individuals with autism/disabilities.
• Satisfactory performance evaluations and strong communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Support daily school functions (arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, coverage).
• Provide 1:1 and small group instruction under teacher direction.
• Implement and monitor academic and behavioral programming.
• Enter data into designated systems and prepare instructional materials.
• Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff using established tools.
