Job summary

Early Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Analysis Interventionists (RBAI) to provide personalized 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-11 in clinic, home, or community settings. You’ll work under BCBAs and supervisors, with in-person supervision and training.

The role offers hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff, with paths to full-time hours as caseloads grow, plus instant pay through Rain. Requirements include RBT certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, a valid

Qualifications

• RBT certification (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
