Whether you're beginning your career or looking for meaningful hands‑on experience, we'll provide the paid training, clinical support, and mentorship you need to succeed.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence‑based therapies available.

Start your ABA career with confidence. We provide paid training, continued mentorship, and ongoing clinical support from experienced BCBAs, giving you the tools and guidance you need to grow in your role.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence‑based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.

Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one‑on‑one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.

ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
