At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for meaningful hands‑on experience, we'll provide the paid training, clinical support, and mentorship you need to succeed.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence-based therapies available.
No ABA experience? No problem.
No prior ABA experience is required! We offer comprehensive paid training, hands‑on guidance, and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help you build your skills and feel confident in your role.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills. Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement. The goal is to help each child become more independent, confident, and successful in everyday life.
