Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Intake Specialist to support families pursuing ABA therapy. You will manage the intake process, build relationships with families, and coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams to schedule assessments.

The role requires excellent time management, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining confidential records and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales and/or Healthcare.
• Two to three years of inside sales or phone-based experience.
• Successful sales conversations and sales presentations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle client intake and provide support to families seeking ABA therapy.
• Receive and develop relationships with new clients and families.
• Guide families through the diagnosis process and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain high-volume communication with new and existing families.
• Schedule initial assessments and ensure smooth intake workflow.
• Create and maintain confidential client files in systems (e.g., Salesforce, CareConnect).
• Ensure compliance with policies and report policy violations.
• Collaborate with team members for coordinated service delivery.
