Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work in Sales and/or Healthcare.
• 2–3 years of inside sales or phone-based experience.
• Successful sales conversations and sales presentations experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle client intake and support, building strong relationships with families.
• Guide families through the diagnosis process and intake workflow.
• Manage high-volume communications with new and existing families.
• Coordinate initial assessment appointments with Operations/Clinical teams.
• Maintain confidential client files in Salesforce and CareConnect.
