We are seeking an experienced Field Trainer to join our team in California, supporting and supervising behavior technicians during their first 90 days with high-quality coaching.

The Field Trainer will monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and report training needs to clinical teams.

Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fullest potential through personalized care and support. We are seeking an experienced Field Trainer to join our team.

The Field Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new hires and the ongoing development of behavior technicians (BTs) within their assigned region, ensuring they receive high-quality training and supervision during their first 90 days. This role requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration with clinical teams to ensure staff readiness and retention. The Field Trainer monitors performance, provides direct coaching, conducts evaluations, and communicates training needs based on field observations.

Pay:$26 - $28 / hour
Availability: Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm with occasional Saturdays (Full-Time, In-Person)
Location: This position requires travel in Orange County, Long Beach, and parts of Los Angeles County
