Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Aurora, CO. Start date is immediate, with 8am–5pm weekday hours and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No experience is required as paid training and RBT certification are provided; candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and be prepared to obtain RBT certification. You will work one-on-one with children, implement ABA plans, and collaborate with a caring team while maintaining a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required and you must provide proof (diploma or transcript).
• No experience required for the role; paid training and RBT certification are provided.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
