Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Wheat Ridge, CO. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification.

The role offers predictable hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. You will assist children to develop communication, social, and independent skills by following tailored treatment plans and engaging in play-based activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required and must be verified.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Paid training and fully covered RBT certification.
  • Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18+ and capable of working full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
  • Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
  • Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
  • Observe and support therapy sessions with care.
